After a discussion with Michael about his work out routine, I suggested that my hunky cyclist take up a second sport to CROSS TRAIN. Cross-training is so important (and prevents injury). Michael looked at me and said, “You do know I play golf, right?” I guess I blinked blankly too many times because he proceeded to remind me that golf is a sport. ;P

On a serious note, I agree it’s important to mix up your workout programs. About 9 months ago, I did nothing but cardio and that was okay. But as soon as I incorporated cross training, I started to see immediate positive results in my body. Now I swear by it.
