Dinner tonight is courtesy of New Seasons. I don’t know if it is just a Portland thing; but it’s a fancy grocery store like Whole Foods– only a tad cheaper. While we were fixing dinner, we munched a little on some olive chiabatta bread with olive oil and balsamic vinagrette.
And a little vodka tonic….
Next was crab cakes. Sooo good! We had the last of the Trader Joe’s aioli mustard for dipping. It was delicious!
And the final product:
Michael made the boneless rib eye steak and I steamed the broccoli.
Dinner was delicious! I wish I had made more broccoli though.
While I was at the gym this morning, Michael put his bike on the trainer and did a new workout. His goal was to do 90 minutes on the trainer. He said he did 8 minute intervals. He completed his goal and burned 1100 calories! That’s so awesome! He’s definitely going to be ready for the Reach The Beach 100 mile bike ride!

He burned 1100 calories? I’m so jealous! I haven’t had that intense a workout in weeks!

Me either!! When we hike/bike together, Michael consistently burns about 30% more calories than me. Not fair! š Lisa
