    I maintained this summer, so I was pretty pleased with that.

    Not much planned this weekend. I do have to work Sunday and Monday, so it will be pretty informal.

    That looks like an awesome dinner!

    I went back through Calorie King, and it looks like I’m up about 4 lbs for the summer but that’s not a huge surprise. Besides, I’m using it as motivation to really hit it hard now (despite last night’s sushi overload).

    I’m super glad we have no barbeques this weekend. Not a one. Maybe we’re just unpopular. :S

    I managed to find a balance in my life and have enjoyed eating healthy food and getting in a good few months of exercise. The weather in UK is horrendous as ever so exercising out doors is never really an option. I have lost 23lb this summer so very happy with it. xx
