    Yay! so great that you’re feeling good. Your previous low carb experiments had me wondering if this was a good idea, not that it’s my life or problem πŸ™‚

    Hopefully these next comments aren’t annoying, as they are intended to be suggestions to help with your skin:
    I have a friend who had a bad psoriasis flare-up and it’s been fixed by doctor-prescribed and clinic-managed sun lamp exposure – something along those lines. So if you can’t get totally rid of it with diet, not sure if you’re aware of that as an option (but it’s time consuming for sure, I think she was in 3x/week at first).

    I bought something called Dinah’s Salve at one of the Portland Girl shops – a topical ointment to help with skin issues. I was trying it for rosacea (no magical cure, sadly) but it might be worth trying too.

      Definitely feel better on keto than other low carb experiments!
      When I saw the dermatologist, he suggested light therapy. It was 3x a week but it wasn’t something I could do with a job and unfortunately the light wasn’t something covered by insurance so it would have been very expensive out of pocket. πŸ™

    You look great in that photo! It appears to be agreeing with you πŸ™‚ I have to admit that constipation was a big problem for me when I did my paleo experiment several years ago. I never did find a good fix for it and was just pretty miserable for 6 weeks. Hopefully you’ll find some relief with the Benefiber!

      I did have some issues last week! I upped the benefiber and took magnesium and it helped!
