Breakfast this morning was Cream of Wheat. It’s one of my favorites because it’s low in calories and VERY filling. When I have it for breakfast, I rarely need to eat a snack later.
I added a serving of brown sugar.
Then I mix it all together and add about 1/4 of a cup of nonfat milk:
I’m leaving work early today to go to the Allergist. A recent blood test said that I have an “mild” allergy to peanuts and wheat. I have no idea what a “mild” allergy means–especially since I’ve never noticed any problems after eating either of those things!

I love cream of wheat but I don’t do gluten anymore so I haven’t had it in ages! I love Quinoa oatmeal though…so yummy!!! Happy Thursday pretty lady!!! 🙂
