    I can never, ever visit animal shelters, because I have the strong urge to take them *all* home. It’s especially bad when we visit southern Europe, where there are thousands of homeless cats and dogs roaming the streets, all left to their own devices. We already have four cats, but it’s next to impossible to close your eyes to this suffering.

    I always tell people, you have to have mustard on a cheeseburger. For some reason it makes cheese cheesier if that makes sense. That salmon looks good. Salmon has to have some kind of sauce. Am I the only one that finds it a little bland otherwise? Anyway thanks for the recipes?

      LOVE mustard!
      As for the salmon, I like it all ways. It doesn’t have to have a sauce for me. We sometimes do blackened salmon.

      They take 3 minutes, are delicious and you can add whatever you’d like to it. It’s delicious!

    I just made tilapia for the first time tonight in a tomato stew- we really liked it! Looks like you’ve been eating some great meals!

      How did you like the tilapia? Are you going to share that recipe? I’d love to try it. I’ve never made a fish stew before.

      Whenever we’ve used tilapia in the past it was for making either fish tacos or fish n’ chips.
