    HI Lisa. I’m amazed how fewer people are at the gym already….BUT…last week at my weight watchers meeting there were a BUNCH of folks signing up. I wondered if they’d tried to lose weight on their own for a few weeks, but lost motivation and signed up?! Dunno, I’m just speculating….. Have a great Tuesday.

      I’ve noticed the spin class is half full now, instead of full like before. Who knows…maybe people have given up already.
