What am I waiting for?
A “good time” to lose weight?
A “better time” to join the gym?
A more convenient time when my life settles down?
“I’ll stop eating candy tomorrow.”
“The diet starts Monday.”
“I’ll run tomorrow instead.”
“I’ll lose the weight next year.”
What are you waiting for?
Paula
I always seem to be waiting for the “right” time.

I think that’s the norm, honestly. I guess some people just aren’t ready. Like REALLY ready. For me something had switched over in my head. It was time.
Deb
I’m waiting for my tummy to settle so I can go to the gym in a few hours. 🙂

Oh that doesn’t sound good. 🙁

Always a good question.
Action is the magic word that banishes procrastination.

I love your quote: “Action is the magic word that banishes procrastination.” Actions speak louder than words. Instead of TALKING about doing better with food and exercise, just do it.

So true!!! HA! I love that picture!

I did too! It cracked me up!
