      I eat 1590 calories a day whatever I burn exercising.

    Funny how calories always balance out. That’s why I never freak out anymore when I overeat one day, because chances are I won’t be as hungry the next day and eat less! Our bodies (usually) know what’s going on 😉

      They do balance out and it’s something I’m just now learning.

      Pesto seems to go with everything…except Butternut Squash Ravioli like we discovered recently! 😉

    Do you use your pesto quickly or freeze it or anything? I never buy it because I’m afraid it will go bad before I use it all!

      Normally I’d get a small container of pesto but the BF went a little nuts at Costco. We’re trying to use it as much as we can.
