Yesterday was fairly low key. I ran some errands, cleaned the house, did laundry, and watched TV. My kitty helped with the laundry, too. 🙂
We had a friend over for dinner and a movie. I picked up some things from Trader Joe’s earlier in the day. First, I baked the salmon stuffed with dill, cream cheese and shrimp (you can find it in the frozen section). It’s really good. Michael heated up the Potato Latkes and sauteed the asparagus. It all turned out really well–except for the picture of the food!

I realized that my triceps were not sore, my right arm was sore because of the fall! There’s a bruise slowly forming on my right arm. It hurts. 🙁 What hurts worse, though, is the bruise on my leg.
I had a very restless night as a result of my various bruises. I couldn’t really get comfortable. 🙁
This week starts the LOW CARB WEEK. Ugh. I’m already annoyed with the whole concept! There’s literally carbs in every thing. Fruit is healthy–yet it’s packed with carbs. Oh well.
We did not have any bread with breakfast. That’s the plan for this week. I do have a sandwich thin for my lunch.
QUESTION: Did anyone do anything fun this weekend?

WOW! That bruise is awful!! Hopefully it’ll fade quickly, but on me bruises stick around forever.
