    Your story of swimming is so moving. I love how you just kept with it, no matter how hard it was.

    I started 30 Day Shred today and laughed at the 20 minute routine, but it was actually a good but challenging, get-back-in-the-swing-of-things workout. I couldn’t find a PointsPlus equivalent in my WW tracker so I just counted it as one (in case anyone cares). I had to really laugh when I found “Yachting” as an activity you could track. Seriously, Yachting?
