When I got home from work last night, I relaxed and caught up on my TV shows (House, NCIS, Law and Order). I decided to ice my legs to prevent any more stiffness.
It felt really nice on my tired legs. After 10 minutes, I moved the ice packs to my shins.
While I was icing, my kitty decided he wanted to jump onto my lap for some attention.
It was a nice time. For dinner we made the last of the Butternut Squash Ravioli and a big salad:
I topped the ravioli with olive oil and grated Parmesan cheese and fresh pepper.
I did a bit of stretching too. I wanted to work the kinks out of my legs. I woke up this morning feeling a lot better. Breakfast was 2 fried eggs and an English Muffin.
I’m looking forward to swimming tonight (and the hot tub).

I ice my shins with a bag of frozen edamame. It is the perfect size and I can crunch the bag to make it fit around my leg.

I should try that. The ice packs are ok but they don’t mold to fit my legs.
