Sometimes I make things from scratch. When I used to bake a lot I almost always made things from scratch. Now? Who has time??
I’ve had a box of pumpkin bread mix in the pantry for a few months. Time to use it. I added oil, water, eggs and canned pumpkin.
I mixed some pumpkin into the cream cheese frosting to add more pumpkin flavor. The house smelled so good while it was baking!
