I was reading your comments about Trader Joe’s Chicken Shu Mai. I’m into weight loss also, and have lost 25 pounds since August. I have eaten Chicken Shu Mai from Trader Joe’s twice and noticed water retention issues then I noticed the sodium in these is sky high – 910 mg per serving. I stay away from them as a result. Anything that high in sodium can’t really be called healthy. Just a thought.

Dear Lisa:
I’m sorry, that our wines were not up to par during your tasting. I would also like to offer you a tasting with myself or one of the winemaking team the next time you are in Hood River so that we can understand what exactly it is that we’re not delivering on and improve our game.
Kind Regards,
David

Hi Lisa, I’m planning to visit Crater Lake in summer with my husband and came across your blog. We have two dogs and it would be lovely if we can bring them with us. Do you have more info about the lodge you stayed at and the trails that are dogs friendly? Thank you and I enjoyed reading your blog.
Best,
Catherine 🙂

Hi Catherine,
Crater Lake is GREAT! We did not stay at the lodge. We stayed in a cabin nearby that allowed dogs. I don’t believe dogs are allowed in the lodge.
As for trails, it’s pretty clearly marked if no dogs are allowed. Be brought our dog and we took her on some hikes lower down, but I think the hikes right by the crater are no-dog. https://blog.gopetfriendly.com/in-a-word-stunning/

Hi! I work for Portland Monthly magazine, we’re doing a neighborhood guide and needing to track down photos of places in Beaverton. Gloria’s Secret is on our list, and we were wondering if you’d be willing to let us pay you for one of your photos to run in the magazine. If you could get in touch we’d appreciate it. Thanks!

Hey! Found your post when looking about celexa weight gain… it made me gain weight and I fear it will not come off even after stopping taking it or keep gaining .. but you were able to get this under control? I know this was years ago … just looking for answers
Lisa Eirene
I stopped taking the meds. Some meds are just really bad for weight gain. There are some out there that don’t do that. Ask your doc about Wellbutrin.

Hi! I found your post looking for info in weight and celexa – it made me gain weight too and I’m scared it will continue after the medication is out of my body – but it looks like you got this under control?! I know this was years ago I just am looking for answers . I have weened off the med.
Kendall
Hi Lisa! Love your blog and all the progress you’ve made – I found your blog looking for people who had similar weight gain that I did while on Celexa. I know this was years ago, but I was wondering if you were able to get that weight back off or if it kinda stuck around. I have been taking Prozac recently so I feel your struggle on the appetite changes with SSRIs !
