I have been reading your blog for awhile now. I just looked at your recipes & they look amazing. I am trying to eat healthier because my RA seems to like when I eat right. Thanks for your inspiration for writing this blog. Are you on Facebook?
Lisa Eirene
Thanks for reading! I’ve read that certain foods can reduce inflammation in the body for people with RA but I don’t know much about it. I do know that the several months now that I’ve been eating healthier, whole foods instead of processed foods my body has felt a lot better. I’ve also lost a little more weight as a result.
There’s a fanpage on Facebook for my blog. The link is on the homepage in the Blogroll. 🙂

Hi! I love this page. I’m trying to be healthy, and my husband and I intend to start cooking some of these recipes. However, we have small children that are trying to be picky (2yo and 4yo). Did you find any that are winners for the younger crowd to make the transition easier?
Lisa Eirene
Good question. I have a toddler who is starting to be pretty picky at eating, too, so….I don’t know that I have any suggestions. 🙂
